Most people are unaware the Progressive Left is at war with God. Organized religion numbers have been declining for decades. Progressive Left ideology has slowly been converting the youth of the world to turn them from religion to socialism. As a result, their success rate has been astronomical with millions of people turning away from God.
Pushing Marxism
The Progressive Left believes the world needs to be socialist, with no borders, and everyone has achieved equality. However, that is utter nonsense and has never worked when it has been tried. The results always end up with a communist society with the people being oppressed.
To achieve their goals of the perfect socialist society, they follow the teachings of Karl Marx. Known as Marxism, they use Marx’s Manifesto to bring about this change.
According to Karl Marx, “The first requisite of happiness of the people is the abolition of religion.” His theory stresses that utopia is achieved on earth and is man-made by the State. Christians and most other religions believe happiness comes from God and will be totally attained when our souls rise to Heaven.
Get Them When They Are Young
During the cold war, pro-communist countries began to plant the seeds of communism and socialism around the world. They realized the United States was a pivotal nation that influenced most Western civilizations. The Marxists doubled their efforts and began spreading their ideology in liberal universities.
They followed his manifesto and began in our schools teaching anti-Christian indoctrination of social behavior and assault on religion. With Marx’s teaching the highest authority is the State and not the God of the Universe, students began shifting their ideals.
As those college students graduated and went on to become teachers and professors, the ideology flourished. Now it has crossed into all public education and teacher unions.
Why Socialists Really Fear Religion
Christianity began as a way for the poor, the slaves, and the oppressed to come together under the tyranny of the Roman Empire and have hope. They saw Christ as the Light to Eternal Happiness, and it gave them purpose and hope for the future. The words from Jesus Christ were more powerful than any sword or Roman army.
Socialism brings darkness, despair, and destruction to society. Marx said, “The communist hatred of faith is a feature, not a fault, the opium of the people. The abolition of religion as the illusory happiness of the people is the demand for their real happiness.”
To achieve domination over a society they must be divided first. As we all know God unifies us and brings us love and hope. That’s really the root of their hatred toward God, it’s about dominating us, not State utopia.
We’re witness to the most glaring example of the division with Barack Obama elected as President. Hope and Change became Divide and Conquer as the nation spiraled downward and Faith was cast aside. During a speech referring to American midwestern towns, Obama said, “It’s not surprising, that they get bitter and cling to guns or religion.”
Never Let a Good Crisis Go To Waste
Along came the super pandemic known as Covid-19 and the Progressive Left was able to divide us and shut down all churches.
We now realize the orders did nothing to stop the virus spread and did much more harm than good. Many smaller churches did not survive and were shuttered. Larger churches reopened but with a much smaller attendance. The Progressive Left was thrilled with the results.
They achieved both goals of turning people away from religion and were able to divide the people as they responded like sheep.
We Can Reverse the Trend
Churches need to take a step back and realize the root cause of the shift. The Progressive Left is changing people’s ideologies and has been for decades.
Pope Francis needs to take a lesson from Pope John Paul II and realize the church is about the future, the children. He also needs to reverse his ideology that traditional Catholic values need to be diminished. Accepting the Progressive Left’s movements is only making the problem worse. He’s losing his base traditional congregants and not gaining any Progressives.
All religions need to work together to bring about many more Faith-Based schools. Children being taught in the public school system are being indoctrinated by the Left.
All people should be fighting the Progressive Left at the ballot box and attending a faith-based church. Invite people you meet, get active in church activities, and grow the church.
Start being more active on social media and write pro-faith articles and post pro-faith memes.
Promote the old-style revivals that Billy Graham used to do around the country.
The main thing is to get involved and stop the insanity the Progressive Left has inflicted upon us.
