Every President takes this same simple oath of office, “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, so help me God.” So, what happens when they don’t execute their oath and don’t defend the Constitution? They broke their oaths, it’s time to go!
The two options to remove a sitting President are the 25th Amendment and Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution. The 25th Amendment is usually exercised for an incapacitated president. It is highly unlikely to be used by the President’s Cabinet to remove the President as they are loyalists to them.
Article 2, section 4 of the Constitution is the process by which Congress can remove any civil officer including the President and Vice-President. The reasons are “treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
Time to Impeach
It is my opinion Congress needs to begin the process of impeachment against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. They have violated their oaths of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. Article IV, Section 4, “the United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government and shall protect each of them against invasion.” The language is clear and concise, they don’t have any options, and they “Shall Protect.”
Nearly six million illegal immigrants have been allowed to cross our southern border since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office. Border Patrol Agents have caught illegals from over 100 countries including China, Somalia, Iran, Yemen, and Pakistan.
Known Terrorists
Known terrorists that have vowed to destroy us have been caught, but many others have slipped by. Enough fentanyl has been seized to kill every man, woman, and child in this country many times over. That is the tip of the iceberg however, much more has slipped by. National security is at stake with spies using the same pathway.
It’s not just by land and sea this invasion of our sovereignty is being abused. The Chinese are now overflying us with spy balloons. The latest debacle by the Biden Administration allowed the Chinese to spy on all of North America for 8 days. It was allowed to overfly military installations and gather its intelligence. Only after the intel had been uplinked to Chinese satellites did Biden order the balloon shot down. That episode should be looked at more as treason than incompetence.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris disregarded their oaths, the Constitution, the citizens’ safety, and the people’s will, and should be impeached for their crimes! They broke their oaths, it’s time to go!
