Antony Blinken was outed as the orchestrator of the 51 intelligence community spies linking Hunter Biden’s Laptop to Russian disinformation. The startling news came during private sworn testimony with House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees hearings. Under oath, CIA Director Mike Morrell revealed Antony Blinken requested the release of the false story with 50 intelligence officials’ signatures. Will there be any justice now that Blinken’s been caught as the orchestrator of the Hunter laptop disinformation campaign?
Blinken could skate by, as he was a private citizen at the time he started the disinformation campaign. President Trump could seek a civil case against Blinken for defamation, but the remedy would only be a monetary reward. However, CIA Director Mike Morrell and any of the other 50 intelligence community signers that were federal employees at that time violated the Hatch Act.
Another Crook is in Charge
Under normal circumstances, the Attorney General would have the charges investigated and bring indictments. AG Garland has so far shown an immense look-the-other-way bias for the Biden administration. Recently, AG Garland was identified as the “senior official” obstructing and covering up the Hunter Biden IRS records scandal. The request for Hunter Biden’s financial dealings by the House of Representatives Investigation Committee has been getting stonewalled.
This past week attorney Mark Lytle divulged an IRS employee whistleblower who has information alleging AG Garland previously lied under oath to Congress. According to reports, the Inspector Generals at Treasury and the Justice Department were previously informed of the allegations.
Before consulting a private attorney, federal law requires the whistleblower to receive congressional approval which has not yet been done. Once receiving the approval from Congress, the whistleblower will have the right of counsel and can testify before Congress.
What If They Are All Corrupt
It is doubtful that AG Garland will resign or even recuse himself from the investigations. Appointing a Special Prosecutor to take over will still have the appearance of “the fix is in.” The rest of the Department of Justice and the FBI could show a bigger pattern of corruption tied to the same case.
The only real remedy is for the House of Representatives to file Articles of Impeachment against AG Garland. If impeached in the House, the Senate would have to hold hearings for the conviction. Besides losing his job, AG Garland could face up to 5 years in prison.
The top tier at the Department of Justice must be cleaned up before any further investigations can begin on the Hunter Laptop election interference. Once a qualified replacement for the AG is sworn in, then the investigations into the 51 spies violating the Hatch Act can begin.
What About Blinken
The Department of Justice should revoke Antony Blinken’s security clearance for orchestrating the disinformation campaign. He violated the trust of the nation and was a conspirator to throw a national election. The House of Representatives needs to file the Articles of Impeachment against Secretary Blinken as soon as possible.
Will it end there? Probably not, when peeling back the onion of corruption, more layers usually appear. It’s more likely just the tip of the iceberg, but it needs to start somewhere.
